Update To Group/Ranking System!

Alright, whenever we got a new member, I used to have to go through a long process to set them up in the group and the rank Registered Member. Therefore, I've decided to take out Registered Member and Premium Member.

I've taken out Premium Member due to the fact that no one is donating to us and let's face it: No one will
